Terms & Policies
Payment Policy
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Harborline Cleaning Services accepts major credit cards and electronic payments through our secure payment system. For recurring clients or vacation rental hosts, invoices may be issued according to the agreed billing schedule.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. This policy helps ensure availability for other clients.
Property Access
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. If our team cannot access the property, a lockout or service fee may apply.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any part of the cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost.
Damages & Liabilities
Harborline Cleaning Services is fully insured. While our team takes great care in every service, any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Claims reported after this timeframe may not be covered.
Health & Safety
For the safety of our team, we ask that pets be secured during cleaning services when possible. If conditions are unsafe or unsanitary, Harborline Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse service.
Cleaning Scope
Our services follow a standard cleaning checklist. Additional services such as deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, or specialty services may require separate pricing and scheduling.
Photography Policy
Harborline Cleaning Services may take photos of service areas for quality control, training, and marketing purposes only with client consent. Personal items and sensitive information will not be intentionally captured.
Turnover Cleans
Same-Day Turnovers
For properties requiring same-day turnover cleaning between guest checkout and the next guest’s check-in, Harborline Cleaning Services will make every reasonable effort to complete the service within the available timeframe. Clients are responsible for providing accurate checkout and check-in times. Same-day turnovers may require priority scheduling and may be subject to additional fees.
Property Condition
Turnover cleaning services assume the property is left in standard guest condition. If excessive mess, damage, or unusually heavy cleaning is required (such as excessive trash, bodily fluids, smoke damage, or party-related mess), additional cleaning time and charges may apply. Harborline Cleaning Services reserves the right to adjust pricing if the property condition significantly exceeds normal turnover cleaning expectations.
Guest Timing Changes
Clients are responsible for informing Harborline Cleaning Services of any changes to guest checkout or check-in times as soon as possible. Late guest checkouts or early check-ins may impact the ability to complete scheduled cleaning services. Harborline Cleaning Services is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate scheduling information provided by the property owner or management company.
Damage Reporting
During turnover cleaning, our team may report visible damage, missing items, or unusual property conditions. Harborline Cleaning Services is not responsible for damages caused by guests but will notify the property owner or manager when such issues are observed.
